1. 약관의 동의

Booktiny를 다운로드·설치·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.

By downloading, installing, or using Booktiny, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. 서비스 설명

2. Service Description

Booktiny는 현재 페이지 입력을 통해 독서 진행률과 연속일 등을 시각화하고, 책 진행 카드/히트맵 등의 이미지를 선택적으로 공유할 수 있도록 돕는 가벼운 독서 기록 앱입니다.

Booktiny is a lightweight reading tracker that helps you build reading habits by logging your current page, visualizing progress and streaks, and optionally sharing images (e.g., book progress cards, heatmaps).

3. 이용 자격

3. Eligibility

이용자는 관련 법령에 따른 계약 체결 능력이 있어야 합니다. 미성년자는 보호자(법정대리인)의 동의와 감독 하에 이용해야 합니다.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable laws to use the app. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, you must use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.

기본적으로 계정이 필요하지 않습니다. 이용자의 독서 데이터와 설정은 별도 안내가 없는 한 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다.

The app does not require an account by default. Your reading data and settings are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

5. 이용자 콘텐츠

• 이용자가 입력하는 데이터(책, 페이지, 메모, 별점, 태그 등)의 정확성에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 업로드·공유해서는 안 됩니다.
• 이용자가 이미지를 생성·공유하는 경우, 공유 대상과 범위는 기기 내 시스템 공유 시트를 통해 이용자가 직접 통제합니다.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input (books, pages, notes, ratings, tags).
• Do not upload or share content that infringes others’ rights or violates laws.
• When you generate and share images, you control where and with whom those images are shared via your device’s share sheet.

6. 데이터 및 개인정보

6. Data and Privacy

당사는 데이터 수집을 최소화하며, 기본적으로 데이터를 기기에 로컬 저장합니다. 상세 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참조하십시오. 또한 도서 정보 자동 입력을 돕기 위해, 이용자의 검색/바코드 요청에 따라 제3자 도서 API(예: 네이버, 국립중앙도서관, Google Books, Open Library)를 조회할 수 있습니다.

We minimize data collection and store data locally by default. See the Privacy Policy for details. We may query third‑party book APIs (e.g., Naver, National Library of Korea, Google Books, Open Library) to help fill book information you request.

7. 제3자 서비스

앱은 제3자 서비스(도서 API, 공유 대상 앱 등)와 연동될 수 있습니다. 당사는 제3자 서비스의 가용성·정확성·정책에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다.

The app may link or interface with third‑party services (e.g., book APIs, share targets). We are not responsible for third‑party services’ availability, accuracy, or policies.

8. 라이선스 및 지식재산권

8. License and Intellectual Property

• 앱 및 그 구성물은 지식재산권의 보호를 받습니다. 당사는 개인적·비상업적 사용 범위 내에서 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 이용권을 부여합니다.
• 이용자가 입력하거나 생성한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.

• The app and its contents are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
• You retain rights to your own content you input or generate.

9. 금지 행위

9. Prohibited Conduct

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 역공학, 소스 코드 접근 시도, 기술적 보호조치의 우회
• 불법 목적의 이용 또는 타인의 권리 침해
• 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하는 행위

• Reverse engineer, attempt to access source code, or circumvent technical measures
• Use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s normal operation

10. 보증의 부인

10. Disclaimers

• 본 앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다. 제3자 도서 정보의 정확성은 보장되지 않습니다.
• 본 앱은 클라우드 백업 서비스가 아닙니다. 데이터 내보내기 없이 앱 삭제·기기 초기화 시 로컬 데이터가 손실될 수 있습니다.

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of third‑party book information.
• The app is not a cloud backup service. If you delete the app or reset your device without exporting data, you may lose your local data.

11. 책임의 제한

11. Limitation of Liability

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 앱 이용으로 인한 간접·우발·특별·결과적 손해 또는 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

12. 면책

12. Indemnification

이용자의 앱 오용, 이용자 콘텐츠, 약관 또는 법령 위반으로 인해 발생하는 청구로부터 당사를 면책하고 보호하는 데 동의합니다.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. 이용 종료

13. Termination

이용자는 언제든 앱 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 또는 타인에게 피해를 유발하는 경우 접근을 제한·종료할 수 있습니다.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or cause harm to the service or others.

14. 약관 변경

서비스 또는 법령 변경에 따라 본 약관이 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 앱 내 또는 배포 페이지에 공지하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 이후의 계속 이용은 변경 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will post the updated Terms in the app or distribution page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 특별한 규정이 없는 한 대한민국 서울 소재 법원의 전속 관할로 합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
